> immosuche365 is Germany's digital housing application platform for subsidised affordable housing projects. We connect eligible tenants with WBS-qualifying apartments through a structured, GDPR-compliant online process — fast, paperless and fair.

## About
immosuche365 helps households across Germany apply for subsidised affordable housing (geförderter Wohnraum) in compliance with the Hessian Housing Promotion Act (HWoFG) and Housing Binding Act (HWoBindG). The platform guides applicants through a structured 6-step process — collecting household composition, income data, eligibility status and contact details — and instantly calculates WBS income eligibility.

The current deployment serves the LINCOLN Quartier Darmstadt project: 11 modular buildings, 274 apartments, approx. 20,000 m² of living space in Darmstadt, Hessen. The project is built to KfW Efficiency House 40 standard with sustainable features including heat pumps, photovoltaics, battery storage and green rooftops.
